Cosmetic Surgical Procedures
A face-lift is a means of correcting the aging of the face and neck. The procedure can be localised (partial face lift) or include the whole of the face and neck (complete face-lift) based on the analysis given during the initial consultation. It could be combined with surgery on the eyelids, lips, lipostructure etc. depending on the patient's wishes and the preoperative examination. The procedure is completed under general anaesthetic either as an outpatient or with a hospital stay of one night.
Lipostructure is a way of filling out a face which has become gaunt with time or removing particularly noticeable jowls, using the patient's own fat. This procedure can be combined with a face-lift or used as a standalone treatment. The procedure can be completed under either general or local anaesthetic as an outpatient.
Rhinoplasty is a way of removing a bump in the nose, reducing oversized nostrils or refining the tip of the nose. It is important to respect the balance of the face when reshaping the nose. The procedure is completed under general anaesthetic with a hospital stay of 24-48 hours.
Eyelid surgery is a means of correcting the drooping of upper lids and removing bags from under the eyes in order to rejuvenate them without changing their expression. The procedure can be completed under either general or local anaesthetic as an outpatient or with a hospital stay of one night.
Ear Surgery, or otoplasty, is a means of setting ears closer to the head, increasing their prominence or even reducing the size of large earlobes. The procedure is completed under local or general anaesthetic as an outpatient or with a hospital stay of one night.
